It Follows is a psychological horror game where you play as a man struggling with his mental health. He is followed by a negative cancer in his head, feeding his brain negative thoughts and suicidal tendencies.

There are a total of 4 endings to the game with one ending being a happy ending. It is up to you to achieve this happy ending for the character.

This game does not save, therefore it is recommended that you play the game all the way through. If you manage to achieve a bad ending, the game will let you experience all endings in one playthrough.
